We had an office day out to a project that we finished last year in the heart of Clapham Old Town. In conjunction with George Clarke Projects, we constructed a new two bedroom penthouse flat above Trinity Restaurant. Our involvement also including the external alterations to the restaurant shop front and the new bistro Upstairs at Trinity.  Project page and photos coming soon.

Our contribution to the wider Trinity Restaurant redevelopment is taking shape in Clapham Old Town. An additional residential storey is being constructed upon the orginal restaurant, which is concurrently undergoing a full refurbishment.

Starting in the new year, we shall be working with George Clarke Projects once again, on a challenging mixed use scheme in the heart of Clapham Old Town. In addition to the refurbishment of an existing high quality restaurant, we are creating a new restaurant on the floor above, with a new residential development at roof level.

Work is progressing apace on site in Clapham and the cantilevered green roof is now in place, with the glazing due in a couple of weeks.

We’re delighted to have been appointed for a new project in the heart of Clapham Old Town. We have been asked to convert an existing office building into a contemporary new house. More details to follow!
