Planning Success!

After a looooong 6 month wait, we have planning permission for the first phase of works at our project in the St Albans Conservation Area. 

Our clients briefed us to increase the light in their rather dark Victorian property. Our design includes a reconfiguration and extension of the ground floor, which includes an up-and-over window with earthy orange-brown patina of corten cladding, complimenting the original harling render and red bricks
