The practice was commissioned in November 2015 by a local developer to undertake a feasibility study for an industrial site in South East London.  The scheme overcomes a multitude of overlooking & overshadowing issues to provide 7 light and airy three bedroom houses.

The design was developed to preserve neighbouring privacy; stepped facades provide discreet views, whereas etched windows & roof lights ensure good internal daylight.  Each house has its own private rear garden, and features two levels of wildflower roofs to benefit residents & neighbours alike.
