A full house refurbishment to bring a tired house back to life for a new family. We gained planning permission for a full width contemporary rear extension featuring a palette of stock brickwork with dark zinc contrasting details. The roof has been fully rebuilt and converted with a partial hip to gable alteration with rear dormer to create a generous master suite.
The practice managed stages 1-4 before the client ambitiously and successfully oversaw the build independently with minimal input from us! Completed in 2020.
