Notting Hill Apartment

We were appointed in 2018 by an American couple to help them renovate a tired Grade II listed apartment in Notting Hill into a stunning pied a terre for them when they are in town.  Working with the constraints of the listing and the complexities of a 3rd floor position, we replanned the property to make the best use of the space and the original features that the property boasted.  Existing coving was uncovered and carefully stripped and restored to bring it back to life. To compliment the Georgian period of the apartment, a range of contemporary joinery elements were designed, coupled with a select choice of mid-century Scandinavian pieces.
