Overhill Road – Phase II,
East Dulwich

It’s always great to be invited back to undertake further work on an existing client’s property – no more so than when the client in question was our very first!

After a successful loft conversion in 2014, we were asked to concentrate this time on the dilapidated 1st floor of the rear outrigger. A disheveled bathroom, redundant study and small, cold bedroom needed reworking in to a pair of bathing spaces and a bigger bedroom.

To make the most of the stunning views that the house benefits from, we peeled away the side of the house inserting a pair of windows, surrounded by cedar boarding to match the earlier project.  The main window provides what has to be the best bathing experience in London!

Completed in 2017, the project was submitted for the Architect’s Journal small project award 2018.
